The Governing Council has approved in its session today, several agreements with the towns of Ceuta and Campos del Rio for the opening and operation in both municipalities, Integrated Unit Citizens Advice (Single Window).
These units allow the residents of Ceuta y Campos del Río make a significant number of procedures and consultations with the regional administration without having to travel outside their village.
With two approved today, the Autonomous Region now has a network of 48 one-stop shops scattered throughout the region, from which citizens can, among other services, record and process applications, information requirements, target and time of calls of the regional administration, and certification of documents aimed at public administration bodies.
In addition, single points provide information on the notices of competitions and job of the regional administration, and process suggestions and complaints concerning the operation of the various departments of the Autonomous Community.
