As for the sanitation network, the mayor has asked the president the need presented by the municipality in terms of the construction of two collectors that serve the area of ​​the industrial park "Los Brazos" essential for its development and another located in the residential development of "Campos de Murcia".

In terms of health, the mayor has requested the head of the regional government, the urgent need to re-count in the municipality with a 24-hour emergency service that can meet the demand of the neighbors along with an ambulance to provide transport service in the municipality during all hours of the day, necessary to meet the existing demand both in the urban core and in the districts, even more so when the municipality is qualified as a sanitary point of special isolation.

Pérez Cerón has asked the president for support from the Regional Government for several existing projects of a business nature and that "has qualified as a social interest for the economic development of the municipality, generate wealth and new stable jobs in Campos del Río" said the mayor ..

Finally, in education, María José Pérez Cerón has proposed to the president an important performance in the CEIP San Juan Bautista, which deals with the removal of the asbestos cover and the execution of the replacement with a new one.
