The mayor and mayor of Education of Campos del Rio, María José Pérez Cerón, announced this morning, the beginning on January 29, a new school reinforcement program aimed at students in the primary and secondary education cycles of the municipality.
The program divided into five sectors, will be a complement to the classes that aims to reinforce the subjects of the students of the municipality that require this help during the school year focused on the last two quarters of the year.
The classes include school support for primary school students for children from 1st to 6th grade with low academic performance, with students being referred by the CEIP San Juan Bautista and with the consent of the parents.
School support for secondary school;
Especially aimed at 1st and 2nd year ESO courses, being the beneficiaries derived by the department of social services as well as students who will be taught the subject of Spanish for immigrants and Literacy.
Finally, the educational project is completed with the teaching of study techniques and habits aimed at primary and secondary students.
The classes will take place in the municipal library, on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5 to 7 pm, with one hour for each modality and groups by age and academic needs.
With this schedule helps to reconcile work and family life of parents and will be free with the consequent savings for families who can not afford the cost in private classes of school reinforcement.

The mayor and edile of Education, María José Pérez Cerón explained that the implementation of this educational project is the result of the agreement that the City of Campos del Río signed in this term with the University of Murcia and for which three students of the Degree in Infant and Primary Education will be responsible for teaching the classes and together with the Department of Education will coordinate this project.
Pérez Cerón stressed the importance of school reinforcement for local students in the last two quarters of the course, "that is why from the Department of Education and Social Services, we have worked intensively and coordinated to finalize this project that will be a reality the next day 29 and that will allow parents who can not afford private lessons for their children that can reach the same level as their peers during this school year, alleviating the inequalities that may arise between students, while we do these classes in the afternoon for two days a week, thus helping parents to reconcile work and family life, in an effort of this municipality focused on quality education in our municipality.
On the other hand, the program also includes reinforcement classes for foreigners in Spanish that will allow these students a total integration with their classmates in the classroom ".
