Yesterday the traveling photo exhibition "Rail Green" organized by the Consortium of Greenways Murcia with the cooperation of the City of Campos del Rio inaugurated.
The opening ceremony was attended by the Mayor, Maria Jose Perez Ceron accompanied by the Councillor for the Environment, Juan Mateo Floresta and Sports, Salvador Baquero and which was also attended by the manager of the Consortium of Greenways in the Region of Murcia , Juan Soria.
The sample consists of a series of snapshots of the old railway line linking the towns of Caravaca de la Cruz and Murcia and which today takes the Murcian Northwest Greenway.
The purpose of the exhibition is none other than to show the before and after this eco-tourism infrastructure, put in value and make it known.
The exhibition "Green Rail" that will connect the towns through which passes the Northwest Greenway does stop until Thursday 8 September in the hall of the consistory camper where it can be accessed for free.
A unique opportunity to see images of the past of this old track and understand the meaning of the current Greenway Northwest Region of Murcia.
