The City of Campos del Río reports that since September launched in the municipality Murcia Emprende Young in collaboration with the Metal Technology Center of Murcia Region program.
This program aims to reduce youth unemployment rate entering the labor market for young people under 30 not occupied or integrated into the education system and which in turn are enrolled in the national system of Youth Guarantee, essential requirements to be part of program.
The itinerary program organized by the Metal Technology Center of the Region of Murcia, is funded by the European Social Fund and the INCYDE Foundation and has the support of Campero consistory that aims to provide an educational opportunity and employment for youth in the municipality by way of entrepreneurship.
The training consists of 15 contact hours where general basic knowledge of entrepreneurship and business management will be provided.
In a second phase of the training schedule, they will be held 20 hours of individualized with the aim of detecting opportunities linked personal profile of each student and social environment in order to build their own professional project tutorials.
Finally, the participants undertake 15 hours of practice in start-up companies to see first hand the daily life of an entrepreneur, challenges, difficulties, rewards and establish networks that serve as support at the start of entrepreneurial activity itself .
The mayor of Campos del Rio, Maria Jose Perez Ceron, stressed that "this is a unique opportunity for young people enrolled in the program Youth Guarantee as without moving from your municipality will be able to form and will be counseled individually to start their own project and initiating them into the entrepreneurial culture tutorizándolos personally to get through self-employment opportunity in the labor market ".
Besides Perez Ceron wanted to thank the work from the Metal Technology Center of the Region of Murcia it has been done in this respect and continued to assert that "the City Council is working every day from different areas to offer our young people tools and training programs the aim of giving them a chance in their insertion in the labor market always under theoretical training, which together with practice, makes our future professionals unemployed Campos del Río ".
For this first edition will be held in Campos del Rio from September, a maximum of 20 places are offered.
