The Government of Spain invests in Campos del Rio over 625,000 euros between 2009 and 2010
The Government delegate, Rafael González Tovar, with the mayor of Campos del Río, Miguel Navarro Romero, inaugurated the new town hall in this town which has been funded entirely by the Local Investment Fund with an investment of 385,000 euros has led to the creation of 8 direct jobs, all start-ups.
The new town hall will allow not only to reform the former town hall adapting to current technical requirements and livability, but also expand facilities to accommodate new municipal uses.
The public access will be along the Avenue of the Constitution, while local police officials and others will have separate entrances.
The new council will provide services to the public and unit, consumer protection, collection, administration, city hall, plenary hall, see Psychology, Social Affairs, Office of the City Clerk, Hall of the Municipal Police, a council area, Economy and Local Development Agent, urban area, Justice of the Peace and coordination of sports.
It also has toilets and bathrooms installations files.
González Tovar said today that "it was worth the financial effort that the Government of Spain has to, through this investment, helping create jobs, boost the economy and create much-needed infrastructure for the municipality."
Over 625,000 euros between 2009 and 2010
González Tovar has also reported that further investment from the State Fund, 2009, the new State Fund for Employment and Local Sustainability 2010, will involve a further economic boost for the city of 240,000 euros and will allow the development of a new project works, specifically, is the replacement and upgrading of public lighting in the Plaza of Spain in this area.
"In total Campos del Rio gets the Government of Spain over 625,000 euros in two years: the largest investment in Campos del Rio for any government in such a short time and that makes clear the municipality of President Zapatero will," he said.
